BILL FORD

I have been coaching since 1995 and see my role as improving the bottom line by focusing on the people side of the business. I successfully ease the passage of those moving from specialist roles to more general management positions.

I first came across coaching as a client and experienced the benefits at first hand. I am convinced that coaching played a significant part in helping me increase profits for my division by over £5 million. I was a Marketing Director with Dixons Stores Group, responsible for the marketing of their financial services division.

During my pre-coach career, I spent several years working in the United States, as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for an electronics retailer. Prior to that, I worked as an Account Planner in several advertising agencies and as a market researcher with the British Market Research Bureau.

Whilst being a coach I have written a book “High Energy Habits – the busy person’s guide to more energy without diets or exercise!” which is available in 5 languages. I have also been featured in The Times.
