Marci Adler

Marci combines a strong business understanding, gained from her board level experience in marketing communications and executive search, with a thorough grasp of the levers which allow people to make the most of their potential and optimise performance.

She works one to one, sometimes with several members of a management team. She also works with senior teams, helping them to define shared vision and direction, increasing their effectiveness as a team and their positive impact on the company as a whole.

Prior to becoming a coach Marci held senior roles in global advertising agencies, running regional teams for blue chip clients in the US, France, Italy and the UK. This gave her first hand experience of the challenges in aligning cross-cultural teams and ways to make the most of talented individuals and teams spread across borders.

Most of her clients are in the corporate sector but she has worked equally successfully with small businesses and start-ups.

Her focus now is on enabling her clients to make the most of themselves, and of the opportunities and challenges their working lives present them, while at the same time helping them become more effective in delivering the goals of their respective organizations.

American, Marci has lived in the UK since 1990.

Qualifications

Marci holds an MBA from Wharton. She is an accredited user of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
