Janey Howl

Janey is a qualified leadership coach and life coach, as well as being a chartered psychologist with expertise in psychometrics for development and assessment. Specialising in career transitions and enhancing leadership capability, Janey works with senior executives, top teams and entrepreneurs. Assignments include coaching CEOs and directors of global businesses, working with executive teams, and leadership development in large and small organisations.

As an associate of Ashridge Management College for more than fifteen years, Janey has undertaken a diverse range of consultancy assignments involving organisational development, the management of change, and team dynamics. She regularly tutors on a variety of international leadership programmes.

Particular coaching interests include small business start-ups and turnarounds; sustainable development; life/work balance; wellness; financial independence; and developing other coaches.

Qualifications

Janey has an MA (Hons) in Psychology and an MSc in Applied Psychology. She is an International Coaching Federation Accredited Professional Certified Coach and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
