to help them overcome their challenges – relationships; lack of shared vision or under-developed leadership skills; supporting their transition to a high performing team.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for many years in the
global business community experiencing work and life in
different countries and across many cultures. This gave me an opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals and teams who shared a commitment to working at their highest potential. Latterly, I worked in executive search, where I had the opportunity to take a closer look at areas such as career planning and organisational strategy.

As a coach, I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to
work with wonderful people who share their hopes, dreams, and challenges with me. I consider it a great success when I see them stretch toward new possibilities and make sustainable changes.
