My work is ‘heliotropic’: the warm,
affirming nature of the coaching
relationship helps the client to plan
for and to achieve more than they
thought possible |

I bring energy and enthusiasm to my work, which I have been
doing with great enjoyment since 1990.
Central to my work is ensuring that highly talented people,
often uncertain in contexts of strategy and politics, can engage successfully with the ‘movers and shakers’ – and that these in
their turn recognise appropriately the creativity of their colleagues.
My training as an analytical psychotherapist gives me a solid
basis for the most important of all tasks: getting to know the
client, and arriving at a shared understanding with him or her. Where there is nothing to fear, there is no limit to what can be achieved. Listening and eliciting are key to my approach.
I am also an Associate of Ashridge Business College and the Centre for Creative Leadership, where I work with international executives from every kind of corporate business. |
