I have worked as an Executive Coach, Consultant, Educator
and Coaching Supervisor since 1997. I’m an ‘all rounder’ with experience that stems from 15 years in business, including time
as a Board Director, followed by 10 years as a consultant. This diverse experience and knowledge has underpinned my success
as a Business Coach.

My clients come from various professional backgrounds, often experiencing a transition in their personal development. My aim is to have impactful, thought provoking conversations, where there
is a fine balance in the coaching relationship between the ‘human’ and the ‘business’, honesty and compassion, humour and authority. I have been at the forefront of coach training in this country, originally as a faculty member of the School of Coaching, where I continue to be part of the team leading the University-accredited programmes.

My career as a coach has led to interesting projects that include: presenting at a national conference entitled ‘Having the courage to coach’; working with Russian psychologists and a team from Central and Eastern Europe to develop a ‘coaching culture’ in their fast moving industries.

I am also one of the first qualified coaching supervisors in the country, qualifying in 2006 with Bath Consultancy Group.
